Our shipping prices are calculated at a flat rate depending on the destination of the customer and are displayed to you at checkout. This allows us to keep our product prices lower and makes multiple item shipping cheaper for you all, it also helps to keep all costs transparent.
We currently only offer returns/refunds for damaged or defective products and prints that have arrived to you in such condition. Should your order not arrive through fault of the courier we will gladly offer you a reprint or full refund. At Lucent Sanctuary, we reject the wasteful "churn and burn" model of the fashion industry. We don't stockpile thousands of mass-produced garments in a warehouse waiting to be sent to a landfill.

How It Works: When you hit "buy," the process begins. Your item is printed, embroidered, and hand-finished specifically for you. This allows us to offer unique, alternative designs without contributing to the global textile waste crisis.
The Timeline (What to Expect): Because we value quality over speed, our process takes a little longer than the corporate giants.
Production Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to be crafted.
Shipping Time: Once tailored, it is shipped directly to you.
Total ETA: Most customers receive their orders within 5–14 business days.
